I've blocked double click out. They seemed to cause me a simaler problem. I notice a lot of "svchost" in my task manager. Any knowledge????

The cursor problem could be a lot of things. Hard to tell from your description.

There are normally a lot of svchost in the task manager. I would guess that main problem would be lack of memory ram. As for me, it normally happens when i run a lot of tasks at once, such as running a game, and 30 browser windows, programming tool, adobe photoshop all at once..

Alternatively, it could be a mouse problem. Some mouse (*including logitech) would have looser wires after a year or so, therefore it may be getting signals sometime, thus making it not so smooth while scrolling. I had 2 mouse which had that problem.

the svchost is .exe file belongs to the system,don't touch it,about your mouse if its a roller ball kind you can clear the internal wheels which lead the curser,in case you are using infra red one you must change it by new one.

if you have the kind of mouse with a ball in the bottom pop the ball out and clean it and clean the cavity, they collect alot of dirt and hair
