Does he knows you? What I mean by that: do you spend time talking to each other? Do you communicate?
If you do and he is still after you, the chances are that he is in love with you.
If you don't get to spend time and get to know each other, this means that he doesn't know the way you really are = can't love you, but he lusts for you.
What to do next?
Think of how well he knows the real you. If you let him see the real you and he still chases you ... go for it, he might be the one!
