What is the sign to know somebody likes you or that you are atrectiv to somebody?

You get a deep feeling in your chest, not unlike a heart attack. It creeps up on you. You can't put the person out of your mind, you start thinking of them all the time.
It's beyond an infatuation, it's more like, unexplainable really. You'll know when it happens.
