i suspect the best way to get deported is to commit a crime elsewhere and then they will send you there. If you commit a crime in the US, the chances are you will be jailed there.

If the aliens has been LAPR'd for less than 5 years and is convicted of a CIMT, then anytime within the 5 years if convicted. Certain crimes have been defined as aggravated felonies and a conviction anytime = deportation. Also some crimes don't need a conviction just an arrest with the 5 years of initial entry.

LAPR'D=lawfully admitted for permanent residence
CIMT=crimes involving moral turpitude

About any felony conviction, but it varies by each case. Many misdemeanors may be overlooked. It would depend on the crime and the case load. The overstay of the visa is the number one thing that will get one deported with a slim chance of ever being able to return.

just being here for one without a greencard sadley they very seldom deport because most will be back in 24hrs.most are good people just trying to make a living then u have your perverts

The INS will tell you about any felony. We have plenty of home grown criminals, we don't need imported ones.
