They've been adjusted to man's will in different ways throughout history.
There are many differences between the branches. They interpret the Bible in different ways and have different emphasis and some even have their own versions of the Bible. They share almost the same main message, but disagree on the details. I think the best way to fully grasp the differences is by reading about the branches you have in mind and comparing them yourself. The differences are to many to list them all here.

None they are all on the same dead tree! And God has a sharp ax to fell it with.
And some may say I have a sharp tounge but I speak the truth. God hates the false churches whatever religion they be!

They have different names, for one thing. Beyond that, I cannot say more. I don't want any more violation notices from religious people who get upset.
