Why do some people find it difficult to be sincere about their feelings for others?

I seem to realize the insincerety amongst people of today in terms of thier relationship to others and also the fact that they tend to hide feelings that are actually sincere about people they have affection for! Some find it difficult actually telling these people thier feelings out of shyness and others, i think have othet reasons that tend to make things too late in the end! Is there a remedy?

I think its something to do with how they are brought up. For example, if you are not shown affection, you find it difficult to show it to other people. We learn from our parents and elders - and if they were shy on the affection, then so are we.
REMEDY IS TO SMILE AND HUG EVERYONE YOU MEET!
