I doubt she'll be Steve's love interest. Just like the other answers before. She have been in the business for a while. I have seen her on several movies & tv shows. I have a feeling that she is Becky Barnes. The granddaughter of Peggy Carter & Bucky Barnes. Steve have had other girlfriends after. But all none of them work in the restaurant. One of them is Sharon Carter which is the younger sister of Peggy. But i doubt it's her. Because 2 of Steve's other girlfriends became & are SHIELD agent. So my money is on Becky Barnes.
