Thanks!

One can get a prescription strength anti-perspirant from your family doctor. It's relitively cheap and more effective than over the counter anti-perspirants.

some human beings do have faith that anti perspirants are risky - I easily have a sister who refuses to apply something yet baking soda or lemon as a deodorant. She has the opinion the aluminium in deodorants would reason issues i'm able to work out the place there could be a difficulty with the thicker kinds that coat the floor in white powder, those would desire to dam the pores and ought to additionally be a contibuting element in lymph glands swelling or getting lumps. in many situations use gently and wash often is best selection for the convenience of your self and people who would desire to be around you as while no longer something is used the stench is vile.

I would recommend a product called Odaban, which you get by mail order. It costs about £5 but lasts forever.

You spray on a tiny bit at night and leave it on while you sleep. You only need to do it once or twice and it lasts weeks if not months. You still use a normal deodorant after showering etc. It really works.

There are other rollerball type of extra-strength deodorants available from chemists but they can sting like hell.

Hope this helps

There's some evidence that using anti-perpirants AND shaving armpits increases risk of breast cancer. Also, anti-perspirants usually have an aluminum or alum chemical. Alum is associated with Alzheimer's Disease.

its because of the hormonal changes in your body. have a wash whenever u can and keep armpits clean. use talcum powder after a deodrant. this minimises the perspiration.

Sweat is always unpleasant. But worrying about it makes it worse! Try to cut out stress and too much physical exercise. Instead use natural products and reapply deodrant in a toilets when you are out. This way you will always smell nice. good luck hun
