I wouldnt be too worried... well because my friends and I smoked a joint a few years ago and blew all the smoke into my cats mouth. He just chills around the house all the time now and has become VERY lazy. but I still love him. I call him Stoner.

The vets are too dear yet your son can afford dope?
I think the dope is you. You shouldnt have an animal if you cant afford a vet. Is it not more likely you are scared your wayward son will get into trouble for having dope if you take the cat to the vet??
You make me sick.

Are you mad?You are not fit to be caring for an animal.Find another home for it with responsible people but get it to the vet first.Time you got your son seeing some sense too.If he can afford dope he can afford the vet.

I wouldn't count on it. Surely someone can foot the bill. Would you allow your cat to die because of lack of funds? What if it were your son? Would you put off taking him to a hospital if he ingested drugs and you were noticing some strange side-effects? If you can't afford the vet call your local animal protection agency. They are usually funded by charities, and help all animals in need. Or perhaps you should take your cat to the vet and make your son pay the bill. If he can afford pot he has money. I hope he feels suitably guilty for putting your cat's life at risk.
Your cat is an innocent in all of this. Don't forget that you're charged by law with its care. If you fail in this duty you will be criminally liable. The money or the cat. That's your choice. Borrow the money if you have to, but get it checked out. Even if it turns out to be fine, it's worth the effort. How will you live with yourself if it died and you did nothing?

hi there, your cat will be fine, lucky cat!!!!!!!!!
i had a cat that ate some, she just spent the evening chilled out,(in fact when she was in a very difficult labour we gave a blast and it helped her tremendously) you'll find that most cats love dope, dont ask me why but they do, never known any to not like it.

will probably be OK - as long as it did not eat loads of it. Interesting you have money for dope, but not for vets bills though

Yeah. Cat will be fine. Keep him in a safe place for a day or so to prevent any accidents. The overdose level for dope is massive, so no problems there.

Depends how much dope it is, we always forced our pets to smoke dope for a laugh, but we never fed it to them.
If it was skunk that would be worse than hash, the latter might pass through before it is all absorbed, it is pretty indigestible unless cooked

What a CATastrophe!
It may effect its brain so I would advise taking the cat to the vets 4 a CAT scan!
