basically i have split up with my boyfriend and use to live with him in which we shared a dog together.there are no written documents or anything as this woman didnt ant this dog and just gave it to us.i miss the dog sooo much and split up on bad terms with x in which he wont even let me see the dog.ive treid texting him and ringing.has any one got any info on how i can see the dog or should i just try and move on without him:(

Do you have any vet bills in your name? That would prove that you have taken care of the dog and legally "own" it, thereby have a right to see/care for it.

it is amazing the impact a dog or other pet can have on our lives i have your deapest sympathys.
your ex also shares this connection with this dog and what he fears most is you taking the dog from him
Also ask yourself why did the break up happen-surprisingly enough that may factor into his reluctance to allow you to see the dog
also i know you are on bad terms with your ex and there is a valid reason for the breakup however how did the 2 human protagonist in 101 dalmations meet? What was the impetus of that interaction ? Is there a possibilty of rekindling the relationship with your ex ?
