Dear Reluctant Religioun,
Its just that "religion" is man made. A thought inspired by Satan. But being a Christian means to be Christ-like. Its not like that the so-called "religious leaders" tell thier followers to "hate" people. Just hate the man-made religion. Kind of like hate the game not the player. After all its not that we fight agianst another but agianst wicked spiritual forces. (thats paraphrased) Do you get it now? I sure hope so. God bless you. PZB

Because every Abrahamic faith has an exclusivity doctrine: "I am right, therefore everyone else in the world is wrong. Since they are all wrong, they must be either misguided, heretical, or outright evil."
If you think that your religion doesn't teach that, ask your leaders about the other religions of the world. At best you will get, "They might have a few things right, but we're the only ones who have it all."

Religious leaders or whatever other leaders or "wise guys" still are people. Often they themselves are not the best examples of their thing, be it religion, development aid or politics.
If a crooked person gets in charge of others he will only do it crookedly.

Because the leaders hate the other religions. I want to say more but I fear the censorhip if I say anything non-religious.

Then the followers of that religion won't want to join other religions and will also try to convince other people to join them! It's all part of that religions attempts to gain more power.
Religion is like politics in this sense. Religion been the party and the followers been the voters/members.

Religious leaders are like shepherds trying to protect their flocks from greed, fear, lies and false hopes. As David said, "I hate every false way." (Psalm 119:104, 119:128). Zechariah makes an important distinction, though: "And let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbor, and love no false oath, for all these are things that I hate," saith the Lord. (Zech. 8:17)

No Christian religious leader would do that. I don't know what religion you're talking about.

Most of them r probably Islamic leaders. I am not here to condemn u islams, but in Indonesia, there is evidence...
But some chritian leaders do that too, ery sad. They got lost, somewhere between their journeys, they lost the true meaning of preaching.

Because they are no more right than the other.....their doctrines are beliefs based on man's ideas. Having said that...there is one true church on the earth (the Bible sais so). Your job (as is mine) is to find it...that's between you and God.
