Have him immunised by your Paediatrician. Taking antibiotics, if not needed will make him resistant to it.

Most of these infections are viral and do not need an antibiotic. Unnecessary antibiotics can lead to development of resistance and fungal infections such as thrush in the mouth. Give him vitamin A, zinc and iron to build his immunity. Repeated infections are normal at this age. They will decrease after the age of 5 years, when immunity develops.

My son now 3 had the same problem his was sinus infections and ear infection, was not gaining weight we did the tube thing adenoids out no help, I started a nutritional program and he started with me mine was to lose weight, but he started drinking the shakes with me and taking a kids vitamin, he has been very healthy ever since, small children do not eat well even if you try so find a good nutritional shake and try that when you get them eating properly that helps a bunch if u would like to email me i will give further help as to what i used.

Stop what your doing right now, Go to your doctor and explain your worries. He should not be giving your baby anti biotic all the time, he's going to make him immune to them then when he does need them, they won't work.
This is part of the problem with doctors and medicine today, they're quick to prescribe anti biotic and it's a slam bam thank you ma'am and next please.
Good doctors are trying to get away from this, give them a hand and stand up. Tell them or ask them "is there anything else"

Try an Immunologist(another doctor).
He should have your (mother's) immunity until two years. If you have other small children then you are bound to transfer and recycle all kind of sicknesses.

He will need antibiotics to protect him. You need to keep him away from sick people. He might need to be at home and away from people. He will get your immunity within a year, from your blood through the cord, how he got oxygen etc. while you were pregnant.
