i want to have a perfect body figure,, without going to gym,,, something that i can use not too much expencive but effecting,,

There are a lot of workouts you can do at home. Yoga is excellent, especially if you do a style that involves sun salutes (which will be aerobic as well as building strength and flexibility.) Or you could get a pilates video, or an aerobics video. You can also buy small hand-held weights very inexpensively.

you'll never be perfect. accept that first of all and then start jogging around your neighborhood and ride you bike or rollerblade. there are plenty of things you can do without going to a gym. try to get in some cardio (physical activity such as those listed above) everyday even if only for a little bit. every tiny bit counts. i would try to go for at 45 min of cardio. plus you can do pushups, sit-ups, squats, and lunges. and if you want more things to do then buy a fitness magazine such as SHAPE or FITNESS. often, they have whole routines for you to do at home and a set of free weights wouldn't be too expensive plus they would help you an awful lot.

and of course watch what you eat. that is even more important than exercising. you can't jog and then come home to eat some apple pie. it just doesn't work that way. cheat once in a while but don't overdo it. eat lots of veggies and fruit. and don't skimp on the protein, it's important for building those lean muscles. watch the carbs. don't eat white rice, white potatoes, or pasta. if you do, just it in moderation. your body will turn it into sugar and store it as fat around your middle. and go for no more than a total of 25 grams of fat a day.
