I spent nearly two months just trying to get this guy to ask me out, and now that he's shown sincere interest in me, I'm getting all umcomfortable, and feeling unable to settle. He suddenly doesn't seem as cute to me, and I'm not sure if I'm just being shallow or if I'm just afraid of commitment. Perhaps I'm just bored because the chase is over?

Any advice on what I should do would be well appreciated.

Like you said, you enjoyed the chase. Now that you've conquered this event, you feel you have nothing left to look forward too. Get to know this guy before you make a decision because you might regret it later if he's a good catch!

Sounds like the typical fickle woman. Only want what they want till they got it. Give the guy a chance. Did you ever think that maybe you like him a little to much and it scares you. You will not know till you go out with him.

All the excitement is gone and now you know how he feels and now you know you have him. Try and give him a chance. He cant be so bad if you were chasing him for two months!!!

It makes total sense to me. How were you supposed to know if
you two had chemistry or not, until you went out with him.
Now that you've had a closer look, now it's like, I think I'll pass!

Nothing wrong with you. It's just your genes and his don't relate to each other. If they did, you would want to stay with him no matter how you feel. I got dumped twice last year by women who just didn't feel the desire to be with me. I didn't feel it either, but you know how most of us guys feel.....(ahem) we get into these relationships for more instinctive "carnal" reasons, that don't care what are genes say.

Maybe the thrill of him was just the chase and when caught him he wasn't really what you wanted.

well, if u re not sure it means he was not the one for u. so dump he, but first of course go out with him. why waste perfectly deserved date? maybe after a date u will want him even less, so u won't have any doubts about dumping him
