Don't look at the scales! Honestly there's no point in judging your weight loss by looking at your scales. Instead put on clothes that you were wearing 3 months ago and see how they feel on you. If the clothes are looser then what does it matter what you weigh in pounds/kilos/stones?
10 years ago I used to be 8 stones and a size 12, now I'm 9 and a half stone and size 10. Which one is better?
Anyway, when you exercise you may develop more muscles, which weigh a lot more than fat but take up less space than fat.

I tried to lose weight through diets did`nt enjoy it so I did`nt stick to it Have joined a women only gym I go 3-4 times per week for 30 Min's a time plus aerobics 2times a week and I have gone down a dress size already that's in 6 weeks do`nt look at the scales enjoy yourself and watch the results

hey...sometimes ur body gets used to a certain routine i.e y weight loss doesnt happen. what i suggest is that u give variation. i.e sometimes u can follow th cabbage soup diet for a week then go for salads with variations. the basic idea is that ur metabolism doesnt stop from burning the fat. if ur metabolism stops then u have a problem.there is also a three hour diet program where u r allowed to eat after three hrs but little little so that ur metabolism is functional.in this diet there is a certain selected material but not that strict. U CAN EVEN HAVE CHOCOLATE IN THIS ONE...YEAH!
EXERCISE Is the most essential part. it faciltiates burning and what u will acheive in 10 months without it u can acheive in half the time WITH IT!

Do not give up, you are doing great! You may not be loosing weight because as you exercise you will build up some muscle mass, but you are probably still loosing some fat and toning up. Try not to only look at the scales. Try measuring yourself as well. You will become more slender, even if it doesn't show on the scales. good luck

You're not going wrong... You tend to notice more weight loss the bigger you are... It always seems harder after you've lost weight... keep going and you will slowly see a difference. Sit ups are one of the best exercise manouvers to help loose weight fast. Keep at it!

you are now using the excess fat and turning it into muscle, which actually weighs more than fat. try running every 3rd day and do other forms of exercise on the days you dont run, such as cycling or roller skating. Remember though not too much too quick, you need to build up slowly and give your body frequent breaks from daily exercise routines. For exaple for every 3 weeks of daily exercise,3 days of rest before commencing again.

Try changing what you eat, when you first start a diet your body gets a shock and the weight drops off you, but then it wises up and gets used to what you are giving it.
Try alternating your exercise too, to circiuts, run, cycle but alternate.

sonme times its just a faze your body goes through.. try by drinkinlots of water..
whatis a known fact, which has been tried and tested withmy aunt wen she tried to loose weight was that she took warm water early in the morning with a few drops of lemon in it,, really works after a few days..

replace your scale with a tape measure aim for 32 1 2 inches or less for women and 35 inches or less for men
