Can u plz suggest some software that can zoom-out that photo to make it passport-size ?? I need to do it immediately.

I would recommend you to crop the image in Photoshop, and then resize the cropped image to the proper size. If the dimensions were not correct, try to adjust the size by cropping the sides off to meet the dimensions. If you try to resize it not according to the scale ratio, the image might appear long, or wide. (If you want to make yourself look thinner, make it longer)

If you can obtain Adobe Photoshop you can open the file there and then go to Image>Image Size and a window will appear with the pixel dimensions at the top. Enter the width and hieght you require (you might have to crop it a bit perhaps to fit the passport ratio exactly) and make sure there is a link icon present on the right side of those boxes so that it scales the image in relation to its existing width and hieght. and so it doesn't distort.

You can do it in adobe photoshop.
