Religion is a path to god head. It has certain rules which must be adhered to by any one following that path
Caste is a division in Hindus base on the work of a person.
(in course of centuries it became hard and birth right which is not acceptable)
Custom is a regional or local practise. Like marriage customs which differ vastly from religion to religion and caste to caste

I have NO idea what caste is. But for religion and custom, religion is a thing we do to please our GOD, or gods. Custom, is a thing that we ahve to do due to our family's traditions.

caste is like your skin. you born wearing it. religion is like wearing a raincoat when you are in need and custom is as optional as wearing a pair of jeans or trousers.
