as someone who has been out of the house for every census conducted since they made you put your name on them here, I think I sympathise with your sentiment, though we dont have pounds here......and I dont know what the form you refer to is

Yes but, you pay the fine, get a record, and then they give you another form, so you pay the fine, get another record, and then they give you another form, with which you save the money, pay the fine, and get another record, and another form, by this time you are so f**ked off with the whole thing, you either go to jail or fill in that f**king b*stard of a f**king FORM.

More detail please...I hate government prying into peoples personal affairs also but I don't know what you are referring too.
I'm an American and any "law" you have in England, we pretty much have an equivilant here...we have a nosey, rude and intrusive government also.
