It's "Je t'aime." in French, and it just means " I you love." The interesting thing about this language is that there's no equivalent translation of "I like you." in French though. They say, "Je t'aime bien." instead. What a romantic language!!!

'I love you' doesn't mean anything in French, I suppose you refer to translation to French, which is, as someone has already said, 'Je t'aime'

According to a famous joke (men VS women) it means "i want to have sex with you right now" if it's said by a man and "i want you to marry me" in a womam's mouth... ;o)
