Did you mean ex-girlfriend? If yes, then it depends. If she has more than a lot of pictures than you, maybe you can complain. But if it is just one picture, I don't think there is a reason to get jealous now, do you?

What ever you say, she is part of or was a part of his life. It is just a memento. Never start a fight by it. Unless you see him kissing the photo at night which I don't suppose happens (LOL). Be open-minded, I am sure you keep picures of your exes also. What matters is the present. Who he is with and who he will spend the rest of his life. I hope you both see this through!
