No i dont feel it is an ethical medium to earn money where people sell their body for quick money. A lot of college going kids have started doing this to get quick money as their demands are ever rising and their parents are unable to meet it. They feel its no big deal by sleeping with someone where they would make good money. But what they don't see is by doing this they are taking such major risk.
On the other had there are lots who are forced to do so, left with no other means to earn they are pushed into this kind of flesh trade these are the people to whom my heart goes to.

Sex, is not considered an "ethical medium" to earn money. In fact in other countries and even some states in the US (yes, US), prostitution is a crime. Sex is sublime because it is supposed to be the consummation of the love between two person who love and care enough for each other. Now, if you found out that your girl has been earning money that way, don't be judgemental. There must be a valid reason why she did that...( financial difficulty?) Don't condemn her, you said you love her, so now is the time to prove this love for her. Guide her back into the right path by telling her of the disadvantages of having multiple partners. She may acquire HIV, STDs (sexually transmitted diseases), which are life threatening diseases. Tell her of the value of faithfulness and loyalty to one partner, etc. And do these all out of love.

It is not just earning money. People do so many things to earn money. Well, one who sells his or her body to be used by others first has to throw away the ego and the self respect we nurture and create as humans, which form the substance of our individuality. To destroy this for money, is silly. Because, even if you steal, get caught and are sent to jail, a day may come when you can also live with ego if you become successful afterwards by doing approved business. But even if society does not know of you selling your body, still to the death bed, you will miss that small sharp feeling we all have inside, which gives us our personality.

If it was just for the sex, I would say its not that ethical because honestly thats just greed and lust right there. If it were for a relationship its almost acceptable because in everyone is that need to feel secure and money brings that feeling very well. It's still wrong to date just for money, if money was an added bonus that would be nice, but I think love should be somewhere in there. If my significant other were with me just for my money, well, who COULD stay with that? what an empty feeling you would have

I suppose this is a personal choice in life that if taken may bring alot of anamosity etc.
For me,i will never understand why men/women feel the need to sell their bodies to complete strangers for money.
There is no love,no compation nor devotion involved and there must be a degree of feeling dirty and used.
As i said it is probably a personal decision to sell yourself for sex but for me i would not sell myself for sex.
I value my body and value the person i am with and without love compation and devotion i would not give myself to anybody,it is my choice whom i give myself to and i have the final say on who i share myself with, and,it would not be for money.

Don't mix up prostitution with ethics. Prostitution originates where ethics end.

No it's prostitution. If I found out my lover was turning tricks I would drop them and get tested for STDs.

I will respect a girl who does it for the money rather than just offering herself free for any reasons.
