Well, everything in moderation. Too much of anything can be bad for you.

I doubt drinking soya milk will cause any serious side effects. You'd have to drink a hell of a lot to end up with oestrogen dominence, which is probably what they are referring to. If you already have oestrogen dominence, then it would be a good idea to avoid soya products, otherwise it should be fine.

Soy milk does not contain estrogen. Soy milk can have some beneficial effects for menopausal women b/c it seems to help regulate hormones, but it DOES NOT contain any itself.

It is good for women in menopause, and no one else.
