You need to eat a very healthy diet with lots of fresh veggies and fruits. Also, you'll have to concentrate on losing weight. So if you are serious about getting your blood sugar under control, quit eating "fast foods", sugary products like soda, and develop a good exercise routine for your cardiovascular health. There are many books you can check out from the Library on health. I recommend reading John Robbins "The Food Revolution".

Exercising is great! But don't forget to eat at least 3 meals and 3 snacks a day. Most people with sugar think I will only eat a few times a day and I can eat whatever I want. That is not true. You have to eat (diabetic diet) in order to control your blood sugars.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

First of all, don't eat sugar! Period! Watch out for hidden ingredients like high fructose corn syrup! It's even worse than sugar! And don't eat empty carbs, like white bread, rice and flour. They turn into sugar as soon as they enter your body. There's alot of confusing information out there, but if you do the research, you can really educate yourself as to how to control your blood sugar without medication. Good luck!
