One of the first things I'd suggest is a professional bra fitting in a regulation lingerie shop. Abcesses can be due to continual rubbing, pressure and irritation from an improperly fitting bra. You didn't say where it is located, but if it is on the underside and you normally wear a wire support bra, you should try a different kind. Also, when a doctor removes an abscess, he has to get it intact or it will return under the right conditions. Switch to a different type of deoderant, preferably a solid, and not a spray. At the first sign of it getting irritated, you should visit the doctor. Sometimes if you get on antibiotics soon enough, you can prevent it forming. Once it gets too far along, the only cure is to apply heat until it spontaneously drains of it's own accord. It smells because it is from a bacterial infection, usually staph, which is smelly by nature. Staph lives on the skin all the time, and it's only when it gets into the skin that there is a problem. If you use a strong soap, or lots of hot water, bubble baths, and other things in the bath, you should stop. Use a mild soap, and apply lotion if needed. You don't need an antibacterial or deoderant soap all over the body on a daily basis. You don't need to bathe more than once a day, between baths or showers, you just wash up the necessary parts. Most skin problems are caused because we are actually too clean, and upset the balance of things. I don't know that these will prevent it forming again, but they should help you avoid it so frequently. Start with a good fitting bra, and go from there. The good quality, well fitted bra is critical, and most women actually wear the wrong size because it's difficult to tell for yourself. So go to a proper shop for the fitting. The bras might cost more, but it would be worth it to break the cycle.

A course of antibiotics should have done the clearing up of the abcess. I would see another Dr. and have a biopsy of the abcess. Sounds like it is something else when it lasts so long.

Ummm you will no longer have an exceedingly sensible surgical treatment or perchance consultation without the time-commemorated practitioner seeing your breasts. And in case you come for the era of a doctor which will adjust to that then you definately've employed some hack who will possibly mess you up. besides, they placed you decrease than by the surgical treatment, you will no longer additionally be wide awake to be shy.
