I'm waiting for a website to update 9am Monday the 6th! I'm in the UK, so I have no idea! Thanks.

Canada is spread across 6 time zones. Here is the time difference from GMT:

Canada Newfoundland: -3.5 hours
Canada Atlantic: -4 hours
Canada Eastern: -5 hours
Canada Central: -6 hours
Canada Mountain: -7 hours
Canada Yukon & Pacific: -8 hours

Canada has several time-zones, rather like America. At best, on the East Coast they are something like 5 hours behind the UK. On the West Coast in say Vancouver, it's probably more like eight hours behind.

Depends what side. The east coast is 5 hours behind London and the west coast 8 hours behind.
