i would like to introduce my new girlfreind to my family but this is going to be the second girl im going to introduce to my parents. i have broken up with the first girl i took home but i never made it clear or spoken to my parents as to what happened between the two of us.
i have found out that she still communicates with my mother even though i ignore her calls and text messages. i told her to move on but she doesn't stop making attempts to get back together.
i have found someone else and really see a future with her but im scared to take her home because of what my parents may same.

its is unfair to introduce your new girlfriend to your family until your family know its over between your ex. your new gf will feel awkward and there is nothing worse than entering a relationship where one person still has an ex gf hanging on. you should make it clear to your mum and ex that its over before the new girl can enter. you should give it some time before you tell as you have just broken up

There are times when families may propose more hardship then support and this could go either way. It would probably be a good idea to get your family on the phone before taking your girl home and explaining what is going on and what you expect. If your blunt that you care for this girl and you want your family to meet someone who you care about, what are they going to do. If you're afraid they will be rude to her express this and go as far as telling them what is and is not acceptable in your mind.

Easy. Just tell your parents as little as possible. You say more or less what you wrote here.
They are adults and they know things happen. You don't have to say that you/ve found another right away. Tell them the most important thing...that you and your former broke up. They'll take it from there.
Time will take it's course and they'll see her as she is. a past tense.
When things die down...then let them know you have a new girlfriend. It'll be all right.
Time takes time.and they sure aren't gonna hate you or anybody else for that matter.

You don't have to tell them why it ended, just give them a warning that you've found someone new, someone thats more perfect or just right for you. Maybe you could tell your family her best qualities and her interests, her positive traits, and give them enough time to digest those info and invite her over. Maybe when your mom sees that you've found someone new and perfect for you she'll tell your ex to move on as well. It will work out, don't worry.

BEFORE taking her home to meet the folks,........ you need to sit down with your family and be very clear about the previous break-up. Explain that you will be bringing another girl to meet them, and that you must demand that they do not talk about your ex(s). If they cannot do this, they do not deserve to be taken into your confidences.

we all have more than one relationship b4 settling and I'm sure your parents will understand that.
if the don't approve of you dating more than one person in your life time just sit with them and explain to them that you want to marry the right one for you and that if you were to mary the first one you dated then you would probably end up having a divorce

why don't you talk to your parents about it. that they can't really force you to get back to your ex. and now you have already found someone new. hope they will respect your decision and be happy for you as well. it it so nice for you to introduce your GF to your parents. good luck to you.

what you need to do is be honest with your parents and let them know whats up. if you dont you will regret it for the rest of your life. let them know why you broke up with your ex and then tell them about how you were seeing someone els, and that your in lve with another girl. after you talk with your parents then tell them you want to bring her over to meet them.

Why don't you just take the new girl home and say that it's your old girlfriend with cosmetic surgery...Thats what i would do
