According to the author Dennis Wheatley it depends on your level of power on the astral plane if you are new and inexperienced on the astral plane you would appear naked but as you build up your power you can change your appearance and wear whatever you want to and travel where you want you can choose to scare people by appearing to them as a ghost or whatever you want to be ! try reading the book titled they used dark forces by the above author its not a bad read for its age think it came out in about 1947 or around then but I am not a great believer in supernatural phenomenon but the book is a good read none the less ! if you can still find it ! But the author is well known so you should have a chance

when you astral travel I'm sure that you have your mental cloths on.there was a famous astral traveler[,,,] moody??that saw naked people ,rithing in a pile, having sex and he was invited to join in--he was glad he didn't. but iv never read of the , naked traveler, most people generate mental clothing even in lucid dreams.

If you astral projected yourself you would be invisible to anyone that you visited. So it wouldn't matter if you were naked or not.
