go to a professional wthat uses sterilized needles...and gloves...don't go to any back yarders...

make sure the tattoo artist has the appriate health certificates and shows themselves opening a NEW needle everytime. Ther are a lot of infection from people using the cheaper ones that don't do these things

You don't, in unregulated parlours with questionable practices.

Who knows, a foreigner there may e an attractive target to screw with an aids infected needle, just because they hate foreigners.

watch for these things, make sure he cleans his hands and uses gloves and opens a fresh pack of needles in fron of you make sure its all clean metal and has a valid license and pics of HIS/HER work and if they have all that and all clean you should be, watching to be sure its all clean is the major thing so make sure the area is clean 100%

we have clean shops here, the risk is low. the tattooist does not want to risk his business.
