Why not a muslim!

I'm a christian because it is the only religion that i have ever really understood. Maybe i haven't given my self time to understand other religions but i'm comfortable with christianity. I have my prayers answered almost all the times, so why shouldn't i believe? I would rather live like there is a God and find out there isn't rather than to live like there is no God to find out there is. I don't despise of other religions though.... its a matter of choice. The only people i don't understand are the satanists.

Well, because God sacrificed himself to himself to redeem the whole world from a rule he himself imposed.
And remember this is the greatest sacrifice ever, despite the fact that he came back to life three days later - which, being God, he would have known in advance. And also, being God, he could be sure of an eternal afterlife, unlike those people who sacrifice themselves for others with no certain knowledge of an afterlife.
If that doesn't convert you, nothing will.

Because even the most righteous of us is full of sin.
Because Jesus allowed Himself to be punished for our sin.
Because only Jesus can grant us forgiveness, because only He has earned the right to do so.
Because only by turning away from our sin and following Christ can we be born again, which cuts away the compulsion to sin.
Because only The Holy Spirit can transform us and make us more Christ like.
Because there is no other name but the name of Jesus Christ through which we can escape God's judgement and gain Eternal Life.

Because of the big myth " Christ is the savior"..
I wish I could find one clue why God would have his only child crussified in order to be able to forgive people , could not he just saved his son and made forgiveness to people and that is it...
I am not attaking Christians at all , I am just being logical..
Christians wake up.. Churches are full of lies.
Find out why Christian priests convert to Islam rapidly and what they have to say about this experience on this web site, it is something that I truely believe every "mindful" Christian should try to know.

Because its the truth and the truth sets you free. The evidence is in changed lives. Read the gospels , look at the state of the world and open your heart and pray. We are spiralling out of control in the west because it has turned its back on Jesus. We need revival and a deeper understanding of Gods plan.

Dear Why-Should-I,
The question really should be the reverse. Why shouldnt you be a Christian? To be a Christian is simply to be like Christ Jesus. We will never be perfect like Him. But we can try and thats just what God wants us to do. He wants us to ask Him as our personal Saviour. Ask God to forgive you of your sins. He wants us to praise Him. And He wants us to have what He has. Eternal life. The Bible is filled with promises for His people- Christians. But, its not easy. The Bible even says we will be persecuted because of Him. Wouldnt you give your life for a family member or a best friend. It works both ways. God turned his back on Jesus because He bacame sin. Not because He sinned. Jesus' blood was shed for us all. So we shouldnt give it a second thought about being persecuted. God bless you. PZB
p.s. i challenge you to find some Christians and speak with them.

It's good to know that I won't burn in hell! I'm a Christian and I am proud to say that! I'll rather be a Christian than believe in an ornament.

because the word Christian, the word Christ in the word and the tian it means without christ i am nothing, i believe in a christian why?, because being a christian is really nice, also very fun, and also that's your religion being a Christian so do it be a christian believe in christ.

The only reason anyone should have for becoming a christian is because it's true. It became true for me personally when I met Jesus.

It seems many so called Christians do not know what it means to be one. The message is corrupted by those that preach for thier own means and are hypocrites. Im amazed so many swollow this message.
