These three sentences

Generally, the first sentence will be the correct way to say it.

If said at the moment of the last team's arrival, the second sentence would be acceptable, but it implies that the arriving is happening at the time it's said.

"You are the last team that arrives" is only ok if it's being used to explain a future plan about what order the teams will arrive in. The simple present can't be used for something that is taking place now and only for the one time, nor for something that took place in the past.

As others have suggested, it really is going to be "an wonderful command" yet different wordings would sound more effective organic. i'd have a tendency to imagine that sentence 2 skill the organisation would favor to locate someone with an wonderful command of English, yet when the suitable applicant doesn't have that, s/he will be employed besides. the version between sentences a million and three is moderate, in spite of the indisputable fact that it seems for position 3 an wonderful command of English will be an income, yet not a call for, while in position a million that is not even an income. it could be suitable to assert what aspect, if any, of English the area does require.

The difference to my ears is that the first sentence is correct, and the other two are not. Perhaps it is just a matter of custom, but the first one sounds right.

I'm not sure I'm reading your sentences correctly.
I see them as:
You are the last team to arrive.
What if you are the last team arriving?
You are the last team that arrives.
Is that correct?

The first one is correct, if only because of usage.
