Maybe get 2 alarm clocks. Leave one next to bed so you can hit the snooze at least once, then have the 2nd alarm go off after you hit the snooze the first time but before you would hit the snooze the 2nd time. The 2nd alarm should be on the other side of the room. And DON'T get back in bed! Also, you may want to consider getting yourself to sleep earlier the previous night. If you have had a good night's sleep, you should be able to avoid getting back in bed. If you are getting a good night's sleep & still wanting to sleep all day every day please see a doctor for sleep problems - you may have some form of narcolepsy.

I use my bedside alarm clock, and then another alarm clock set for 5 minutes later that I set on the other side of my bedroom so that I MUST get up to turn it off.
That way, I have the satisfaction of hitting the snooze button, getting 5 extra minutes of sleep, and still get up on time.

well i was gonna suggest u put the clock away from the bed, but you've done that....if u like coffee get a pot that u can set to brew ur coffee in the morning. the smell of fresh coffee always wakes me up. u could try to get a dog who whines to be let out in the mornings that will wake u up or a baby:) maybe if u have a tv in ur room u could set it to come on at a certain time that might help i can't sleep with the tv on.

Write a note to yourself saying --
GET A DRINK OF WATER FROM THE KITCHEN.
Put this note by your clock across the room. When you get up to turn off the clock, you will see the note. By the time you get to the kitchen, you will be awake, and hopefully not want to go back to bed.
I know this is a problem, because I don't like to get up either!
Good luck!

i used to have the exact same problem. even tried keepng the alarm far from bed so id have to walk up to it to switch it off, but i went back to sleep after turning it off. Luckily i got a solution to ths problem. As soon as the alarm starts, i force my self out of bed and go down stairs for a two minute walk. Trust me after this two minute walk you will be feeling fresher than ever. Try it tommorow, thank me later.

perhaps you need to place the alarm on the different fringe of the room so as which you will possibly ought to stand as much as show it off or it would annoy you so which you will possibly ultimately come to a call to stand up.
