Make yourself available, and yes, do be at the right places. Class at college, sports club, depends on your interests. Give your ad on the radio, depends on what means are available to you to 'advertise'.
Boy oh boy.. the whole world is out looking for their better right.. why can't just God match us up.. would spare us all the trouble.. (I'd ask myself, how to find a lovely guy, then find him, only to find that he is already taken).
So I'm told, don't push for love, it will find me instead.. Let's see, let's talk in about a year, and see if it does find me... and well, you!

Give each girl you date at least 5 chances. In other words, go on at least 5 dates with each girl you date. You won't see "lovely"-ness in people until you get to know them.

Quit looking is the worst advice ever..don't buy that for a second..

Just be yourself. You sound like you are sensitive and a lot of females like that. Also, you mentioned in your profile that you are lucky to be in good health.
