Not what I'd say, but what I'd think:
I wasn't thinking about anything, I'm rather busy here.
But now that you asked, I'm thinking... what on Earth have YOU been thinking about all this time? Are you just paranoid and insecure? Are you doing this because you like it, or as some kind of weird personality test? Do you want to take notes? Shall I fetch you a pen?
Seriously, I wouldn't trust a girl who asked that.

Tough question. But usually a girl wants to hear that you are thinking about her and not some ball game or something or meeting a friend for a drink. This is her time and she wants you to give her all of your attention. This is a good time to tell her if you love her or want her or whatever. Good luck.

What she actually meant to ask you was how are you feeling right now? She doesn't really want to know what you are thinking in general she want to know how you feel about her. Just say
"This feels right." And wait for the panties to come off.

Give her a compliment: Say" U", or "What a Great Kisser u Are" or "Nothing, kissing u has expelled all thought"( used this one on a guy, there's nothing like stroking a guys ego). Get it. Nothing that will make her think u directly thinking about getting into her pants.

Take the safest route say you and the moment that we are sharing right now. I am 24 female. She would go awww how sweet but if she nows boys she would say bull ****. SO but that is the safest bc you can say no really i am. or just tell her the truth.

Depends on the way she asks it...usually you can tell by the tone of her voice if it is inviting or not.
