I just had a 2 hour conversation with someone I'm really attracted to, both intellectually and physically. We had great chemistry and, judging from the call, I believe she feels it too. We exchanged numbers a few nights ago and I am just constantly thinking about her non-stop!!! I need help please!

Best way is to clear your mind or populated it with other thoughts. I usually read an article or mentally sit for 5min or so and clear my mind of everything then switch to work. Find something else to distract u.

man multitasking is very simple ,, Do ur work coz thats how u pay ur bills .. Call her after work if u find it difficult to concetrate with ur work after calling her.
