Difficult to say without knowing your guy what will turn him on but here are suggestions:
When he comes home drag him straight into the bedroom for full on sex with no foreplay.

Dress up as either a School Girl (plaid skirt & tight blouse) or a Cheerleader, he should love it; I know I would. :)
