i think sex appeal is of a boy lies in the minds of a girl. Physical qualities and bulges are only necessary conditions (and may not be serious considerations in Indian setting). And they are sufficeient to attract a girls attention. A boy can have better chance of appeasing a girl if he is soft, loving, caring and sharing.
