does he lift the seat and then put the lid back down and flush?? if he does then I wouldn't be concerned- I wouldn't even gripe about the cost of baby wipes- it would be worth it just on account of him lifting the seat first

Sounds like a pretty cool dog. If he really did this, you would be asked by millions of people to train their dogs to do the same thing. Oh by the way, can you teach bitches to do that as well? ;-)
