the basic purpose of any advertisement is to make the customers aware of the product. it should raise curriosityin the minds of customers. before launching the product u may give advertisement about the product to the target audience. here u have to decide whether u r product is industrial product or consumer product. industrial customers are few so u can contact them or u can advertise in the professional magazine or u may send e-mails to the target industrial customer or open a web page. in case of consumer product u have several options. electronic display boards in prominent places, railway stations, f.m radios,mobile vans,hand outs, door to door advertisement,giving samples free to customers in some areas. thereby the consumers are aware of the productr. repeat business is always a business.if u meet the customers regularly u may know th opinions of them and taking into consideration about their choices/preferences,conveniences/sizes,colours,combinations and accordingly u can suggest ways to your company. good luck.
