Eye twitching is almost always caused by lack of sleep. You likely haven't been getting enough sleep for a while.
The right amount for most young adults is between 8-9 hours per night.

You haver air in your eye. Try getting somebody that smokes to blow some cigarette air into your eye and it will go away. I get those all the time. It sounds weird, but beleive me it works.

i get that tic in my left eyelid when I'm under unacknowledged stress. get drunk or deal with the stress works for me.
