Must common explanation of light headed ness is attributed to te heart working harder to pump or circulate blood and in so doing creates a temporary short age of oxygen to the brain cells causing light headed ness. This condition is usually reversible with rest and individuals that get in to top aerobic shape experience this light headed ness less and less.
