If you're well kept (read clean), nothing. However, many men with long hair, let it get rather greasy and disgusting. As for the tattoos, as long as they're not satanic, or otherwise disturbing, I have no problem.
But, seeing as I have long hair and a tattoo myself, I certainly couldn't judge someone else for wanting them too.

Generally, I prefer guys with short hair. Most of the time, the long hair is not overly complimentary to the man or kept clean to where its acceptable.
For women, either is fine as long as she looks good in it.
I have nothing against tattoos seeing how I have 4, working on getting many more and I work in a tattoo shop.

personally tattoos are hott. I am attracted to guys that have tattoos but that is just my opinion and of course not all girls go for the same things. I am not that attracted to long hair though. It depends on the person. Some people look better with long hair then they do with short hair so if it works for you then its fine but take care of it.

I don't have anything against tattoos, I have some of my own. As for the long hair it just doesn't appeal to me. Nothing against it, I personally just don't find it attractive.
I'm sure there are some things on a woman you may not find attractive. You may prefer blondes over brunettes. It's not that you have anything against brunettes it's just what you personally like and are more attracted to.

Well assuming you are referring to women not liking men with long hair and tattoos Im not sure what you are talking about. A lot of women find both attractive

i have nothing against long hair... on the right person. some people just look silly while others look amazing. as for tattoos, i love them as long as the art is very well done. high quality artists are good designs are your friends.

Its prefectly ok for a guy to have long hair as long as he is happy with it. Tattoo..hmm thats pretty tricky because in Islam the tattoo act as barrier between the water and the skin during ablution.

I like long hair and tattos, of course I'm also a hard rocker. I'm the type of girl that jumps into the mosh pit without a second thought. I do have problems with guys that don't wash their hair, I like long hair as long as it's clean. I don't care if a guy wears ripped up jeans and an old ratty T-shirt, that stuffs not important to me, besides, that's like half my wardrobe lol.

In general, women prefer men who are, as far as they can tell, reliable and responsible. Men with tattoos and long hair are advertising a rebellious and antisocial attitude. If you want the kind of woman who doesn't expect much of you, you've got the right look. If you want respect, it helps to look respectable. 'Not rocket science, is it?

different women have different tastes. some are repulsed by long hair and tattoos, while others love it. it all just depends on the particular woman.
