Hey ! This the most query today but let me tell u one thing or rather suggest u ! GO EASY !! It is so because when u lose a large amount of weight in a very small time u tend 2 put on more weight which is highly unhealthy . The slower u lose more long lasting it is!!
But if u still want 2 fight those extra fat chose PILATESE or every morning in an empty stomach and before going 2 bed take 1 cup water , mix 1 sp honey and isp cinnamon powder. Boil it and drink it hot ! This is a personal experience even the most obese person thins down (though m not obese but i've lost weight)
Another thing plz chuck out the weighing scale coz muscles and a toned body weighs more than fat !!

Protein need to lose weight and to repair muscle after working out. When muscles repair themselves, they grow. But that depends on the type of exercise. High protein diet for one week, with a plenty of water
1-2 days on detox (to clear your body of proteins)
then continue on any other diet for the rest of the second week
But becareful, high protein diet is onlt for healthy young people. You are not supposed to follow it if you're above 50 or if you have renal problems.

wake up at 5am then jog around until 6am
very light breakfast>>eat low carb cereals..no sweets,rice,bread or any high in sugar and carbs..
at lunch, go and play online games till lunch break ends then bak 2 work...
after work...eat a single large sandwich then brush ur teeth right away..
go and walk in a mall till it closes..then at home clean urself and sleep immediately

Low carb diet. I used the adkins diet. Lost 14lb in 2 wks., 20lb 1st month, but I stayed on the induction phase the whole month.

DON'T DO ANYTHING TO EXTREME THAT COULD KILL YOU OR GIVE YOU A HEART ATTACK!!! ONE THING TO ACCOMPLISH THIS WOULD BE TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER ( BE CAREFUL THOUGH BECAUSE TO MUCH WATER CAN WASH OUT YOUR ELECTROLYTES AND RESULT IN OTHER PROBLEMS)
