* i am a student so i can not get a job if i apply right now (unless some kafeel hires me a couple of months on contract basis)

*i know i can travel to Mecca and madeena munawwara anytime on umrah visa, the problem is i want to go to Dhaharan.

*i was raised in Al-khobar, thats why i want to visit it again to refresh memories. to visit Cornishes, Al-rahid mall etc. Can i get a 'valid' VISITING visa or any other that may allow a 20 years old to enter Al-khubar? its unfair, i grew up in that place and can't go to even check out the house i spent my childhood in.

you can't visit daharn on visit visa.
i know this.
you can go to U.A.E, Bahrain even mecca and madina in ksa easily.
but not other cities.
they just dont allow visitors visas. my uncle and aunt had the same problem. eventough he worked at Aramco, he couldnt sponsor his bro or sis to visit him in daharan or abqaiq.

I visited there many years ago. It took quite a while to get my passport approved by the Saudis (about 3 months) and then because I'm female, it was more difficult to even have me travel there because I needed an escort to leave the airport. I was visiting Saudi Aramco Medical Center on business. We flew in directly to Dhahran, but many people there came in via Bahrain instead.

Hope this helps.

welcome to KSA

I wish you present stay here

the distance between Medina and dhahran over 1100 Km directly and over 1400 by roads and it takes 90 minutes by plane

so you could go to Mecca then Medina then dhahran by plane
i think you can go anywhere inside the kingdom if your visa is valid
