"What're you doing?"
How you guys pronunce it? I always hear it as "Wa di ya doin'?" Correct me if I am wrong.

I pronounce it:

1. What are you doing - if I am being careful about pronunciation
2. What're ya doin' - casual speech
3. Whatcha doin' - ditto
4. Chadoon - comical casual speech.

If it's a "hey, how's it going?" or "are you busy tomorrow?" type question, I personally minimize the "'re" down to pretty much "what-uh you doing?" If it's a my-kid-is-covered-in-lipstick type situation, "What are you DOING?"

If you pronounce the phrase as it is spelled then people would understand you.
