I'm looking for a low-calorie cereal with enough fiber to keep me full for a while. Anyone have any great recommendations?

All of the Kashi cereals are great in fiber content (at least 5g/serving) and they always keep me pretty full. Kashi also has a line of "Go Lean" cereals (hot AND cold) that are delicious as well.

Actually Quaker has come out with a "Weight Control Oatmeal" in three different flavors: Cinammon; Brown Sugar; Banana. The portions are slightly larger than the other Instant Oatmeal and have slightly more fiber.

I eat it every morning and it keeps me full for quite a while, while still being low in sugar, high in fiber!

I don't know about calories per serving, but a half a cup of Raisin Bran and I'm full for about 6 hours. You could always pick out the raisins to avoid extra calories.

i think Shredded Wheat biscuits are high fiber and low calorie, kinda boring but you can put fruit and Splenda with them and make them taste better.

plus, they can be microwaved, and are a little better that way.
