I was once really a man and now I am a women. My husband doesn't know and I have been married for 3 years. I had reconstructive surgery and everything came out so perfect. I never plan to tell him and what helps is that he doesn't want kids, just like me. I told him that I don't get my period, because I got the depo shot. He doesn't really care.
I hope he never finds out.

I am considering dropping out of college though, because I feel like I'm wasting years of my life just to conform to societal pressure. However, that's not a deep dark secret, it's just something I haven't had the guts to tell my parents, yet.
