I recently was dating an illeagl woman from a latin country. With out my knowlede she stoped birth contol and became pregnant. I told her that i would not marry a person just for papers or because they are pregnant with my child. It has to be for love. She started telling everyone that when the baby was born she would leave the country. When the baby was born i put a restraining order on her from leaving the country and tried to have her sign a parenting plan. She then offered me money to marry her. I refused. She told me i would pay and get what i deserved. Shortly later i was put in jail for false charges of domestic violence. I have not seen my son for a month. I am working with a lawyer. He says i probally will not get my son since i am in trouble with the police. So far over $8000.00 paid. I am us citizen that is a victim of the imigrants what should i do.

WOW you stepped in it this time. She is illegal, get her deported and take out an order that stops her from taking your child (an American citizen) you can do that I've seen it done in Virginia. I forget what it is called but if your lawyer doesn't know what to file ask him to ask another lawyer maybe one that has been around a while.

Talk to another lawyer, fast! Looks like she did just what she did to stay here right? So something tells me that she is full of threats ( I hope that's all they are ) because she is trying too hard to stay here. Call your State Representative, General Attorney, Child Welfare. Get all the help that you can get! This is so unfair, I've known men that make the better parent, you love your son, not his mother, she needs to be checked out, you may not be the only victim. She is not a citizen but you are and so is YOUR son, and there are laws put into place to help protect your child. Sounds like your attorney doesn't want to work too hard, and he could have given you more advice, give that the charges against you are bogus. I wish you the very best of luck, and to your son, he needs the parent that loves him and is not a means to an end for someone that selfish.

First, if you are a victim, it's not of "the immigrants", like, all of them; you'd be a victim of one person that happens to be an immigrant.
Secondly, if you were so principled about marriage, why were you having sex with her - you've made your bed....
You say you've got a lawyer, so I don't know what other advice you want, as someone said if the lawyer doesn't know how to proceed you can look for another.
But at the end of the day, both of you need to think about the best interests of the child. It's pretty uncool for a kid to grow up with parents that want to play politcal football with him. I'd day, if you can't come to terms with the mother, then best just to let her be, however bad she may be, don't ruin all of your lives by making a war out of it.

The case is a clear. You have used the woman for sex. Now you want your son back. The law will not give the son to you. If you do not love the woman how can you love the offspring from the woman. Think and think hard. This is just vindictiveness in my books Now what you do is to forget every thing like a bad dream and look for someone that you can love

Get a perturnity test see if the child is actually yours. Then when it is fight for custody for the child and send her alien butt back to her Country. Take the child from her. If it isn't your child have her deported with the bastard child. Whatever you do I wish you luck. Keep the child here if it is yours send the nasty whore back!

i know that marriage is something u value and when you do it you want it to be real but you have to take into consideration that if you don't there is a possibility that you may not be able to see your son sometimes you have to make the sacrifice what is more important to you your son or marrying who knows you may grow to love her

Tell her she has no right to take your son. Legally it is a US citzen cos it has an American father and was born on USA soil. Fight for your son.
