This is all too common... Your entire body's chemistry is altered after having children.. When was the birth of your last? Often... the hair will return to it's normal "behavior" within 2 years of the last birth. What has happened, is your body is no longer producing alll of the extra proteins, and vitamins that it does when expecting. Your body goes into a "post partum shock" in a sense. What you can do in the mean time, is: don't wash your hair everyday. Your hair needs some of the body's oils right now. Also, I'd recommend a protein treatment for your hair once a week. Aveda Damage Remedy Intensive reconstructor is amazing. You can put this on once a week with a plastic bag over your head, and it will start to balance your hair once again by putting protein back in the hair, and replacing what's been lost in your hair. Eventually, the hair will fill, and your cuticle will lay more flat again, giving you the smooth hair you once had. There is no quick fix right now. It is your body's chemistry, but this is what you can do to help your body along. Good luck, hope this helps!!

Pregnancy and childbirth changes alot about a woman. I know what you mean, mine is the same way after three children. The body has changed it's chemistry, you need to alter it with your diet and supplementation. Protein supplements made just for your hair. You could be under stress with two children also. Take time for yourself, join a gym, whatever it is that you like to do. Even a woman's book club that meets monthly.

Regular treatment is the answer. Try to have a scalp massage once a month, hair spa 2-3 times a week, proper shampoo and conditioner plus hair tonic after washing your hair.

You can do the scalp message and hair spa by yourself. Buy the products and do it at home. Save a lot of money, you can do at any time to suit your schedule plus you got a little skill to take care of yourself. Select the shampoo, conditioner, and hair tonic for stopping and preventing hair loss.

It's probably stress and a bad diet. Both can do damage to your hair.
