In Thailand, we do not have HDTV. I basically watch UBC cable, satellite TV(Indian) and dvd on my TV. Which plasma TV will serve my purpose?

Don't Bother with Plasma!
LCD Looks better Regardless of Your Source)

Depends on Your room Size and where the Unit will be sighted.
The Size of screen is Normally Multiplied By 4 to obtain the Best Viewing.(i.e 32 Inch screen x4 = 128 inches seated away from the screen for the best View)

I spent 2 Months researching and Decided to go with LCD!

The Picture Clarity is far superior to that of a Plasma!.
The Panasonic VIERA Range of LCD TVs is way-ahead of the competition and Has 2 HDMI Inputs as well as 5 Years technology Built in.
The size of my room dictates that a 32 Inch would be More than adequate and I am very happy !
There are no Related problems (Long Term) with LCD.
Current run time is around 200,000 Hours and No Screen Burn-Unlike Plasma which is prone to this!
Hope this Helps
