There is no true quick fix. If you do it quick you are bound to gain it all back. If you are being healthy about, you should only be losing 2 pounds per week.
Of course change your eating habits. Try to move more each day, even if it's just half an hour of walking.
I swear by the book: YOU! on a diet. It was just released but I have another book by the same authors that was really good too. And I am already feeling improvements from the lifestyle changes recommended in the book. Good Luck!

Workout: Power 90x...go to beachbody.com
Diet: 7 day cabbage soup diet....should lose 10-15 in a week. Look it up on the internet.
Weight Watchers Points...works like a charm.
Xenedrine 8hr NRG diet pills: No side affects, just supresses cravings.
I mixed it up so I wouldn't get bored and lost 60lbs since may. Still losing.

You might get 3 pounds a week, even with strict exercise & diet.
eat 1,000 calories a day,
exercise- cardio 5 days a week.
weightlifting every second day
Eating protien and veggies and fruits, some carbs but not a lot
No pop, juice or chips or pizza
Eat everything on a small plate as aposed to a large plate- easier to eat less cal.

Weight loss that fast will leave you looking like you contracted some really nasty disease. Why would you want to look like cr/p ? Plus, any loss like that will be put back on in no time plus an extra 20 lbs.
Get serious . . . increase your activity level to burn more calories and reevaluate your food intake . . . do you eat any white flour, white sugar products ? soda ? scrap them. Make your primary beverage water, eat fresh grill meats and veggies. and consume fewer calories than you burn with the activity.
Unless you have some real thing you need to look sickly for . . . part in a zombie movie ?

Lay on your back, putting your hands under your butt, slowly lift your legs while keeping them straight. Lift them straight up onto the air, hold 10 seconds then lower. Repeat until stomach starts burning sensation. Stop for 1 hour, do again.
Drink 7 up's and Sprites, they'll curb your thirst, eat lettuce for at least one meal a day. It is healthy and will fill you up fast.

well with a healthy diet (yup, thats news :P) and some pill (although i would suggest you to do your own research BEFORE you order any)
i hear good things about Lipo6 or ACE (Aspirin, Caffeine and Ephedra) stack.
i think you should research more about Lipo6 and make sure you arent allergic to the ingredients and consult with your doc before taking them.
exercise at least 5 days a week with a combination of cardio AND weights.

no junk food, no sweets. eat lots of veggies and fruits, and lean meat like grilled chicken...and excersize at least once a day for at least 15 min. also, dont eat till your soo full you think your going to explode. eat only until you know you full but not too full. and dont eat then go to sleep right after; in other words dont eat late at night. oh and drink water...no sodas.
